Return Policy – NXN VIBES

At NXN VIBES, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, under certain conditions.

Return Conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return your items.

  • Condition of Products: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unwashed, and in a condition suitable for resale. You may try the items to check the size, but they must not show signs of wear.

  • Non-returnable Items: Items that are damaged or marked after use will not be accepted.

How to Return an Item?

  1. Request a Return Label: To request a return label, contact us at:

  2. Return the Item: Once your return request is validated, you will receive return instructions and can send the item to the provided address.

Refund:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
